Rest 10 seconds
Squat Jumps: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds

Shoulder Press with Band: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Lateral Raises with Band: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds

TRX or Band Rows: 20 seconds

TRX or Band Rear Delt Flys: 20 seconds
