Round 1

Pushups with Arm Rotation: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Prisoner Squats: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds (then repeat 3 more times)

Rest 1 minute

Round 2

2 Arm Snatches with kettlebell or Dumbbell: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Band Cal Rows: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds (then repeat 3 more times)

Rest 1 minute

Round 3

Kettlebell or Dumbbell Squat to OH Press: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Burpees: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds (then repeat 3 more times)

Rest 1 minute

Round 4

Lunge Jumps: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Kettlebell Swings: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds (then repeat 3 more times)

Rest 1 minute

Round 5

Ab Twists with Weight: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Jumping Jacks: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds (then repeat 5 more times)
