Follow this simple TRX TABATA Workout in your program to accelerate your fat loss!
ROUND 1:
TRX Bicep Curls: 20 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
TRX Push Ups: 20 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
Repeat 3 more times then Rest 1 Minute
ROUND 2:
TRX Back Rows: 20 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
Body Weight Lunges: 20 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
Repeat 3 more times then Rest 1 Minute
Round 3:
TRX Mountain Climbers: 20 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
TRX Tricep Extensions: 20 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
Repeat 3 more times then Rest 1 Minute
Round 4:
TRX Leg Curls: 20 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
TRX Abdominal Twists: 20 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
Repeat 5 more times then FINISHED!!!
