My Story:
As a certified personal trainer specializing in glutes, HIIT, plyometrics, and resistance training, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their fitness goals through challenging and effective workouts. With my expertise and knowledge gained through training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I am able to create customized exercise plans that cater to each individual’s unique needs and abilities. In addition to my focus on physical training, I am also committed to educating my clients on the importance of nutrition in achieving their fitness goals. Through my studies with NASM, I am working towards becoming a certified nutrition specialist, and will be able to provide my clients with personalized nutrition plans to help them reach their full potential.
